Piave DOP
The provincial festival of cheese, organized in cooperation with Pro Loco Busche, Strada dei Formaggi, Confraternita del Formaggio Piave and local firms, includes stands with the main dairies of the province of Belluno, firms that offer organic products and local products. There is also a gastronomic stand that offers typical dishes based on cheese, polenta and schiz.
